This is what I have learned, Im not bitter, Im just getting better.

These are my opinions, and I have experienced these things, so I am sharing, some of you maybe much more smarter than I, or just as naive, but this information will bless someone, that is my hope. We all want to get to the point of courtship and eventually marriage. Take a look and just think on these things. God Bless
1. Establishing a friendship first will help you learn more about this person character and help you to determine, if its something you really want to pursue.
2. Don't allow your heart to get involved too quickly, whatever you are feeling is an emotion of many things(newness,excitement), pray for discernment!
3. Don't make your home dating central! No matter how tired he claims to be, he can rest before he comes to p/up for the date! Your sofa is not a date!(wanting to chill and relax at your house is not a date)
4. If he won't take you out in public, he doesn't need to see you in private either! That's shady!
5. When in a relationship your guy, if he is really a God send, won't require sex from you until your wedding night! You have nothing to prove by sleeping with him.
6. Sex is for married people! That's all!(I choose to abstain)
7. Men are men! No matter what position or title they hold, Ceo, Pastor, Minister, Doctor or Blue collar brother, they all have needs like we do! Hold yourself to a higher standard, they'll either flee or stay to see what the ending will be...Marriage!
8. Remember people have a past, no one is perfect, just be careful not to let your past, hinder your present and your future.
9. Prayer is needed, pray with him and for him. Pray for a God ordained relationship.
10. Always be you, there are no perfect people or perfect relationships, don't change for anyone but God!
